Lead Times

99% of goods are stocked and orders received before 3pm despatched same day for next day delivery. With the exception of pallet delivery, items that are despatched within 24 hours on a 2/3 day delivery service - this, however, can be upgraded to next day.

Delivery

Any deliveries that are received that are damaged should be signed as such and reported to us within 4 hours of delivery on 01963 824792.
